How are SMS and email billed?

Every plan includes unlimited transactional email (confirmations, receipts, reminders) and 5,000 marketing emails per month. Additional marketing email is $1 per 1,000 messages. SMS is billed at straight carrier pass-through rates (currently about a penny per message in the US) with no markup, metered on your monthly invoice, and your dashboard shows a live running total so there are never surprises. Members must opt in to SMS.

Does CourtIQ take a cut of my bookings or memberships?

No. Facility plans have no per-transaction fee. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe's standard processing fee is the only cost.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Change plans anytime from Settings in your dashboard.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

We’ll notify you and offer a seamless upgrade. Your service won’t be interrupted.
