How are SMS and email billed?

Every plan includes unlimited transactional email (confirmations, receipts, reminders) and 5,000 marketing emails per month — additional marketing email is $1 per 1,000 messages. SMS is billed at straight Twilio pass-through rates (currently about a penny per message in the US) with no markup, metered on your monthly invoice, and your dashboard shows a live running total so there are never surprises. Members must opt in to SMS.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
