Run tournaments, leagues and mixers at any venue. Pay a small monthly fee plus 3% of each paid registration, taken from the price you post.
How the 3% works
Post a $25 entry fee and the player pays $25. CourtIQ keeps 3% ($0.75), and you receive $24.25 minus Stripe's processing fee, straight to your own Stripe account. Players never see an extra charge. Refunds return the fee in proportion.

Everything you need to know about CourtIQ pricing.
CourtIQ keeps 3% of each paid registration, taken from the price you post. Players pay exactly the price they see. Post a $25 entry fee and the player pays $25. You receive $24.25, minus Stripe's standard processing fee, straight to your own Stripe account.
Each event date counts once. A tournament with several divisions on the same day is one event. A weekly series counts each week. Each league night counts as one event. Cancelled events don’t count, and your allowance resets each month.
Paid plans keep working. Each extra event is billed on your next invoice ($4, $3 or $2 depending on your plan), and we show you the charge before you create it. Organizer Free stops after your first 2 events.
It comes back with the refund. A full refund returns the full fee, and a partial refund returns the same share of it.
The 3% applies to every paid registration. For card payments it comes out of the charge. For cash and account credit it’s added to your monthly CourtIQ invoice. Free and comped spots have no fee.
If you manage courts, bookings or memberships, a facility plan fits better. Facility plans have no per-registration fee. You can move from an organizer plan to a facility plan anytime.
